You can now receive an email summarising the spend across the projects you have created in Apperio.
The project summary email allows your business to have visibility over the spend for matters in projects. Across each project you can see a breakdown of matters and track spend against budget. You can choose to receive this email on a weekly or monthly basis, allowing team members to take ownership, action and accountability of spend.
The email will include the following:
- An overview of spend for the last 7 days vs total spend on all matters associated with the project
- A breakdown of spend by phase & task for matters

Adding projects to Apperio
To create a new project in Apperio select “New Project”
Enter the project name and team members who should receive the project summary email.
Once the project is created you can start adding matters to this project and this will be included in the email summary.
Phase & Tasks
If matters in your projects are associated with phases or tasks, you can view a breakdown of this in the summary email.
This gives your team better visibility of where spend is at as the matter is progressing.
How to remove team members or delete a project
To remove a team member from a project simply select the cog icon at the top of the page.
Remove their name from the team members list.
To delete a project entirely from Apperio select the trash icon and click “delete”
How to unsubscribe from the email
If you wish to no longer receive the project summary email but still be a project team member, you can unsubscribe.
To do this, select your name on the top right hand side of the page and click on ‘Profile’.
Under email preferences toggle Projects summary notifications off.
