The user management page gives you an overview of all existing users in Apperio.
On the page you can view a list of all users and the date last logged in. You can also view the number of folders a user has access to and if they have confidential matter access.
Each user has a status breakdown as either active, invited or suspended. Active users are those that have successfully logged into Apperio. An invited status refers to any user that has not yet accepted their invitation, whereas suspended users can no longer access the Apperio platform.
Click on the name of a user to manage their access.
If a user invitation has expired you can resend their invite. To do this click on their name in the user management list and select ‘Resend’.
It is important to note that user invitations expire after a maximum of 14 days.
If you would like to withdraw the user invitation select ‘Retract’.
You can suspend an active user if you no longer want them to access Apperio. To suspend a user click on their name and select ‘Suspend’ in the user information page.
