To add a new user select ‘Team’ from the Apperio side menu on the left.
Select ‘Add User’ on the top right of the page.
On the Add User page enter the new user’s first name, last name and email address.
The email domain will be the email address required to access Apperio. You will only be able to create users with an email address on the domain(s) you have approved with our support team, as we only allow new users from registered email addresses for security reasons. We can add additional email domains if you need them (e.g. acme.co.uk and acme.com).
If you would like the user to be able to access the ‘User Management’ page to create and manage other users toggle ‘Access to user management’ to green.
Confidential Matter Access
