In Apperio, you can receive weekly email updates with a summary of all the spend in your business.
The star functionality in Apperio gives you the opportunity to star important matters, allowing you to track and reference back to them later on. There are an unlimited number of matters that can be starred and in the weekly email Apperio provides, you will receive a summary of your top 5 starred hourly matters organised by spend. Alongside spend, you will receive weekly email updates on the matter as it approaches 75% and 100% of the matter budget. These thresholds are set by default, however to suit your business needs these can be changed, or additional ones can be added.
How to Update your Email Preferences
To receive automated email updates on your business summary, starred matters and notifications in Apperio:

Select your name in the top right corner > Profile.

Under User Profile select the Email preferences tab.

Next to receive automated email updates the toggle should be automatically turned on as green (nothing further is required).

If the toggle is turned off click the toggle to change to green to receive automated email updates.
To only receive business summary email updates:

Select your name in the top right corner > Profile.

Under User Profile select the Email preferences tab.

Click the toggle next to starred matters updates and notifications updates to turn them off.

Leave the toggle as green next to business summary updates.
To only receive starred matter email updates:

Select your name in the top right corner > Profile.

Under User Profile select the Email preferences tab.

Click the toggle next to business summary updates and notifications updates to turn them off.
To only receive notification email updates:

Select your name in the top right corner > Profile.

Under User Profile select the Email preferences tab.

Click the toggle next to business summary updates and starred matter updates to turn them off.
