Confidential Matters are used to hide the details of sensitive matters, while keeping the total spend visible in the platform. User who do not have access to confidential matters will still be able to report and analysis on the spend against these matters but will not be able to see any other details and the matter name will be blanked out.
To view or manage confidential matters, you must have the user permission in Apperio. Setting confidential matter can be done in two ways:
- Individual matter are marked all confidential by an Apperio administrator when they appear in Apperio.
- All matters are marked as confidential by default and an Apperio administrator would need to uncheck non-confidential matters.
Managing confidential matters is described in this article.
If you would like to setup confidential matter please contact your Customer Success Manager or email email@example.com.
